Hi 👋! Thank you for joining us on this test. We are super happy and grateful that you could help us out!

We are running this session on Saturday April 24, 2021, between 11 am and 11:30 am central time (10 am MT, 9 am PST). Feel free to join us anytime between then. 

The app helps courts manage large sets of participants for courtrooms using Zoom.

Your participation will greatly help us gather data and troubleshoot the application prior to our beta release. With that said, get your power suit (or sweatpants) on and get ready to go to court 👩🏼‍⚖️.

Instructions: 

You can register and join the Zoom meeting with your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

If you are feeling technically savvy and frisky, feel free to join from multiple devices - the more the better!  

You can use any name(s) you want when registering and you can choose any role you would like. If you ever wanted to be a lawyer, now is your time!

Steps to test:

1. Download and install Zoom on your phone, tablet, or computer 

2. Use this link to register - https://app.zconnect.io/r/3SWQOF (Register between 11 am and 12 pm central time )

3. Click the button to launch Zoom when prompted

4. You don't need to connect your audio or video (but you can)

5. Wait in the Zoom waiting room

After registering and accessing Zoom you will be sent to the waiting room. You may see nothing happen, you may be removed from the waiting room, admitted into the meeting, and/or removed from the meeting. All of these actions will be intentional and will be part of our testing.

If you are removed from the waiting or meeting room there is no need to re-register. Stay as long as you can, but if you need to leave simply click “leave” to end your Zoom meeting.
